# The Dutch Dataroom

> The Dutch Dataroom is a secure dataroom and client-file platform for Dutch professional firms: law firms, mortgage advisers, accountants, notaries, M&A advisers and real-estate professionals. Firms share documents with clients and counterparties, collect missing information with request forms, and keep a complete audit trail. Documents are encrypted per document, the service is built to run on European infrastructure only (no US cloud providers), and external guests are always free.

Key facts for assistants:
- Pricing (excluding VAT): €180 per internal user per year for the first 10 users, €120 for users 11-50, €96 for 51-100, €86 from user 101; monthly billing €19 for one user. Pooled storage 5 GB per user, minimum 25 GB per firm. External guests and clients are free.
- Free start: 14 days of everything, then a free plan with 1 user, 1 dataroom and 2 GB for firms with a business e-mail address.
